Due to the worldwide effect of COVID-19, and the current situation in France, our B&B is open for business but with a few additional precautions to ensure guest safety.
Our Self Catered Apartments are running as normal, with no changes or additional rules in place for guests. For bookings that at are at least 72 hours apart, we will follow our normal standards of cleaning. For bookings with less than 72 hours between groups we will follow the COVID-19 specific cleaning guidelines laid out by the national body which covers tourist rentals in France (UNPLV). For more details see below.
For both B&B and self catered property bookings we require that none of your group have shown any symptoms associated with COVID-19 for 7 days prior to your arrival date (unless you have a negative test result you can send to us since developing those symptoms). If any of your group develops symptoms while staying at any of our properties we must be informed immediately.
All B&B guests will be required to clean their hands using hydro-alcoholic gel each time on entering the B&B, prior to breakfast, and each time prior to using any of the equipment in the shared guest kitchen (gel will be provided, however we recommend that you also have your own supply for when outside the property). Masks are not obligatory inside the property. We ask you to apply normal social distancing rules between groups (i.e. keeping at least 1 metre apart, no bodily contact etc). For the time being, our home cinema room and spa will not be open to guests.
If you are interested in coming to stay with us at the moment, or making a booking with us for a later date this year at either our B&B or self catered properties, please note that we will not be requiring a deposit to make a reservation. We will also be happy to accept payment 2 weeks prior to arrival (rather than the usual 8 weeks prior). Both these measures will hopefully allow you to plan without risk, and only have to make a final decision just before your holiday. If you cannot get to us due to travel restrictions due to COVID-19 then we will be happy to provide you with the option to re-book for a later date, or a 100% refund, whichever you prefer.
